DSL disappeard in the morning

I have installed fedora yesterday. Everything was fine. i setup my dsl connection and enjoyed
internet without any difficulties. Rebooted, connected-no problems. In the morning i turned up PC and Fedora said to check cable :) "Determining IP information for eth0... failed; no link present. Check cable?". All the hardware seems OK. DSL modem connected like it was. Nothing happend during night... I'm new at linux so any help is welcome...

Is your dsl pppoe?
Also, post the output of the following commands:
ifconfig
cat /etc/hosts
cat /etc/resolv.conf

Sometimes resetting the modem helps. Just unplug the power cord for some 10 or 15 seconds.
