I have just set up my FC5 box late yesterday. I have all my mplayer codecs installed. However most of my avi files is in windows box on the same network. i can access the windows box via ip and i can see the shares as well. However i can't play the avi's in the windows box. But if i copy over the files to my FC box i can play it with mplayer. So can some one help me with this situation? Is there anything i can edit to enable me to play avi files stored on a windows box via network? Thanks!
