how is fc4 connected to windows?
is they are in the same network, in the konqueror adress bar (fc4) type smb://"ip adress of windows" (smb://192.168.0.12 for example)

to have access to fc4 shares its a bit more complicated. I advise to use the fc4 ftp server (vsftpd is great)
