Go to System Administration Security level & firewall
Is the Firewall enabled? if so is there a check next to SAMBA ? if not check it
click the selinux tab
Is the SELinux setting set to Enforcing or Permissive ? If so
click the arrow to expand the menu and find SAMBA any checks there ? if not try checking the last 2 under SAMBA then try again
Also, when creating posts try to use a color that will stand out against a white background. the Wheat color was unreadable

at a risk of stating the obvious, have you edited the smb.conf to set up you shares?
it will auto detect winXP but you need your shares set up for XP to be able to connect to fedora
