Hey all i'm currently running a Windows NT domain with samba just wondering how i can configure particular users to be domain admins.
I have found a few things but it is quite confusing...
So if someone is able to help it would be great
Cheers, Crab

im a little confused about what you want them to be able to do, do you want them to administer the linux box, the nt boxes or all both. if it is just the linux box which i am assuming, b/c you probably already know what you want in nt, just create a new group with admin privs and add the users, or just give them individual sudo acces to the box through ssh, or use webmin, if you want to give more exact tasks these admins will perform, i can probalby help you out much better, as this is kindof my generic obvious answer to your type of question

ermm i wanna assign some accounts on the samba pc to be admins of the network... so they can login and automatically have admin instead of me adding then individually through each windows pc
does that make sence i just don't know how to setup this...
