I need to make a point-to-point VPN between 2 locations. Specs of locations are as follows:

LOCATION A:
MS SBS Server 2000. 2 NICs on the server, one serving intranet with DHCP, DNS, Active directory etc. Ext NIC is for internet connection through an ADSL router modem with Static IP. I have 10 windows XP client machines on the same subnet. Lets Say its sth like that:

WAN ip........................a.b.c.d
Adsl router..................10.0.1.2
ext. ethernet...............10.0.1.15
int. eth (DNS, DHCP)....192.168.1.1

xp client1....................192.168.1.186
xp clien2.....................192.168.1.200

etc.

LOCATION B:
FC5 Server. Again 2 NICs on the server and the rest is just like the windows server. Only do not have a directory server like AD. It has an NT style Domain Server with Samba. 5 Windows XP client on the same subnet. Say its as below:

WAN ip........................x.y.z.w
Adsl router..................10.0.6.1
ext. ethernet...............10.0.6.16
int. eth (DNS, DHCP)....192.168.16.1

xp client1....................192.168.16.153
xp clien2.....................192.168.16.131

I want to make a VPN between these 2 offices. I want any client in one of the ends to see any client at the other end as well as the servers. Is there any step-by-step howto or anyone can help?
