how to setup nameserver?

hi,
i have dynamic ip with dialup modem i got dns from the editdns for my domain how i setup my nameserver to:
ns1.editdns.net.
ns2.editdns.net.

I change a setting with the registrar I registered the domain with.

thanks for reply, my domain is not in my control i just can update the nameserver for my domain in the domain sever database.
