Alright, I'm running Fedora Core 6. I've already done all the instructions for ndiswrapper to install the driver and when running "ndiswrapper -l" I get "driver installed, device present". I type modprobe. Then nothing. Iwconfig gives me eth0, sit0, and l0 interfaces neither of which has a wireless interface.
I'm using a Linksys WUSB54GS btw, if that helps at all. I've been doing lots of reading to get this thing going to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What chip does the adapter use? Have you looked to see if there is a linux driver in development?

What happens if you try to load the driver with, ndiswrapper -i filename.inf?
