Hello,
As I use my laptot in several places (home, college, friends'places), I'm searching for a convenient way of switching between diferent network interfaces. So far what I am compelled to do is :
1) activate the appropiate interface (that's easy, ifup)
2) setting the appropriate proxy (for firefox, thunderbird, terminal, gaim...)
3) Setting the DNS (which is curiously not include in the ifcfg-xxx files...)
So my question : is there any way of doing all this in one clic or one command ??? It's doubtful regarding the proxy, but at least how can I change the DNS without typing its adress each time I move ?
Thanks for your help
