how i can connect vpn (FC5)

hi all
i am new bie in linux,
i installed fc5 on my computer..
i want to make vpn connection to network near me for internet usage.
in windows xp stations here, we make new vpn connection , username , pass.... and connect...

but i am confused in linux fc5 ,
how i can connect vpn (vpn server:cisco router) like windows vpn connections?
please tel me step by step to do...

That is what you will use. I have not tried it.
