I have trying to find a way to play Realplayer (.rm) files in Fedora for a few weeks. I never had much luck getting the Helix player working.
A easy solution I found was to install xine and then to download and copy the Real 9 codecs files ti /usr/lib/win32 directory. Xine should start playing Realplayer files perfectly.
You can find the realplayer codec for linux at www.real.com or do a Google search.
