no network devies have been found

I get no network devies have been found in the NetworkManager applet in Fedora 7 yet I'm able to connect to the wired ethernet by typing dhclient eth0 and wifi via iwconfig. After connecting, NM still has the same error :confused:

hmm did you try adding a device? you may need to add the right alias into modprobe.conf to get them to show up right. Please post

/sbin/lspciI have tried removing/adding the devices via system-config-network with same results. Alias are correct for the devices in modprobe.conf as well. The devices work fine when brought up manually but NetworkManager doesnt want to use them at all :mad:
