Fedora Core 6 CIFS and NFS time stamp issue

I have a FC6 box connecting to another FC6 box via CIFS and NFS and it seems the time stamps get off by 1 hour when transferring files from one box to the other. I have checked the time zone settings and they are set correctly for CST. Other boxes are not having this problem, just this one. Any ideas on what could cause this or how to fix?
