I want to choose a specific wireless internet to connect to but I don't know how can I do it! I mean, I want to connect to a specific wireless internet. How can I choose which one? Because there are many in the area I am in! How can I choose which one to connect to?

Sounds like you need a good wireless manager GUI.

yum install wifi-radar

Applications > Internet > WiFi Radar

That's what I use. Or, on my KDE box, I use knetworkmanager (think it's contained in the kdenetwork package).

(You can also do it from the command line with iwconfig, iwlist, and ifconfig, but a lot of people don't have the patience for old school stuff like that. :p)

Or NetworkManager under Gnome, then you select w. the dropdown mentu.

That too. Just another note: if you're going to be connecting to different networks over wireless, you may want to have the NetworkManager daemon loaded at startup. Go to a terminal and run system-config-services and check NetworkManager in runlevel 3 and runlevel 5.

Under system ->administration ->services, put check marks in the 2 NM services boxes, save it and reboot... You should have a new icon in the top panel....
