Hey guys,

I got the 64 bit version of Fedora Core 8 on my Gateway Laptop and everything runs fine, except the RealTek wireless nic. I found a "modified" driver here http://www.datanorth.net/~cuervo/rtl8187b/ . This terminal text is to long to post here but I think it worked, but there is no control in fedora/and/or I can't find where it is networking.

Ok, I've gotten it to show up in the network configuration but when I try to activate the card it says the device is not present.

Anyone who could help me I would really appreciate it.

How do I attach it to the wlan0 device in network config?
