Can everybody help me to solve this problem? When I install Fedora 8 first, My wireless adapter works very well. But after i install some update files that Fedora requires and restart the laptop, wireless doesnt work any more. It said: "Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) : SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument." and after that is this mess: "Determining IP information for wlan0... failed."
I'm using Dell Inspiron E 1505, 2 Ghz Cpu Centrino Duo, 1 G Ram and Wireless adapter Intel Corporation Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection.

Hello,

You will change Network Setting.

First, login on root
Second, System => Control => Network => double click "wlan0" => Wireless setting => Change mode "Master" to "Managed"
Third, run "NetworkManager" on Console mode. and select your want a wireless name.

[root@localhost ~]# NetworkManager

And you will find image an antenna bar from top-right on panel bar.
Click antenna bar and choose your want wireless name.

Sorry, I don't speaking English very well.
But I have only known this way above.
