Why won't my IP address work?

Hey guys,

I have been running a blog but all of the sudden it stopped working! I think that had happened after my power got shut down. Then I turned it on and this thing happened:

I can find see my site using the local IP (192.168.0.7) but the mozilla says that it took too long to respond when I type my real IP address (24.185.133.232) or when I use my web site. Can some one suggest possible solutions or problems?

I believe that there is no problems with the server itself. It may be the modem or the router?

Oh yea, and I have set my modem to redirect the port 80 to 192.168.0.7.

Router mis-config (port forwarding)

Server firewall

SeLinux

Any or all of those could do this.
