Anyone have a HOW TO to setup DNS server? like step by step, the one on tldp.org is kind a hard to understand.
i need plain english what file to modify and sample on it.
thanks in advanced.
It's plain fedora core 1 with 2 IPs.

English could be a problem. There is a great howto in German ( http://www.selflinux.org/selflinux/html/dns.html ) Maybe just looking at the examples will give you some inspiration.
I never saw before , that there is a better howto in German than in English. :(

where should i pu tthe zone files? /var/named ? because it also have /var/named under chkroot

He writes it in /var/named and adds .zone behind it (http://www.selflinux.org/selflinux/html/dns09.html#d74e765)

If you like graphical tools: Main Menu > System Settings > Server Settings > Domain Name System, or redhat-config-bind.

no luck, ns1.nexiscomputer.com and also ns2. is working but the zone file for the website itself dont work :(
