bittorrent and ports 6881-6889

I have an ADSL router (Speedtouch 510 by Alcatel). I think I understand what needs to happen in terms of port forwarding but the nomenclature on the router configuration site doesn't sound familiar. Is there any way someone could walk me through it? Single Box on DSL and I want to enable bittorrent. Everything is ready except the ports. I can download but can't upload so I look like a greedy SOB! When I use the config wizard for Azureus (Java Bittorrent client), I get "NAT Error" on port 6881. I've looked at everything I can find on the Speedtouch site but to no avail. HELP!!

Basically, change the 10.0.0.254 ip to your internal one and change port 500 both times to 6881 and thats it.
