I am having difficulty getting my Cisco Aironet 350 PCMCIA to work in Fedora Core 2. I have tried everything, and have googled for three days now, and nothing seems to work.
Does anyone know how to get this card working?
I need some expert help!!

OKay, I am in the same boat. Can't get my Aironet 350 to work under FC2. I couldn't get it to work under RH 9, either, but at least I could get the ACU to come up. So far, under FC2, no dice.
Here's where I've been: I've installed the ACU/drivers from Cisco, including installing the packages libgtkmm and libsigc++ . Following the Release Notes, I then did the sh install. Well, that first told me that libgtkmm was not installed, even though it was. Got that to run. Now, I get a whole bunch of errors when the sh install is run, most notably in the mpi350.h and mpi250.c; a lot of syntax errors, from what I can tell. Finally, I get the "cannot stat" on airo.o, airo_cs.o, and mpi350.o. Obviously, when I run the ACU, I get the message "No radio found", indicating that the drivers are not set up correctly.
Anyone else had problems with this, or know how to get around it?
Thanks in advance....

I am having the same problem. I have used RedHat since the day it was released, but with Fedora this topic has stumped. Ghenry's answer will not work because those drivers are for the wrong Kernel. As a wireless ISP you would think I could find an answer, but I have hit a wall.
Anyone that has found a solution please drop this thread a post.
Thanks...

In looking on cisco.com, it seems that they only have drivers for kernel 2.4.18 and 2.4.20. I'd contact cisco about this if you have a smartnet contract.

I am sure that if anyone here had a smartnet contract with Cisco they would have already contacted them. I do and I did, they have no drivers. They do not consider Kernel 2.6 to be developed enough.
