Hi, I was wondering how I should proceed this.
I have 1 drive partitioned into 2. Windows XP Pro installed in
/dev/sda1.

I just installed/created FC3-test2 on /dev/sda2. I did NOT select the
GRUB boot loader. I was planning on using a boot disk but I found out
fedora is too big for it..

Right now I have no way of booting into FC3 unless I install grub. I can use th rescue cd and access the data on it, but is there a way to bring up the windows?

So, my question is: can I reinstall/upgrade FC and install the GRUB loader,
and then use NTloader to boot my system? I know FC2 messes up the
partition tables, etc, and its a hassle I do not want to deal w/ it, thats why I waited for FC3.

If anyone can help me with this problem, that would be geat. Thanks

You can acces you data with rescue CD. 'chroot /mnt/sysimage'
You can even install GRUB with this cd, or the CD1 if you want.
Read here -> http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=975
I'm not sure about NTloader...

Moved to Fedora Core 3 Test Releases.

I dunno if anyone ever needs help on this, but I figured it out.

1. install FC on a partition and install GRUB boot loader under the (boot) partition, not MBR

2. under windows, use bootpart
http://www.winimage.com/bootpart.htm

3. walaa. can't be any easier than that, this program is awesome.

(i did have a problem installing GRUB on my linux, it couldn't access any of my drives for some reason, so I re-installed)
