Hello every one I was having problems trying to install the flashplayer for mozilla under fedora core 2.
When I clicked on the package to install I got this message: "There is no action associated with flash-plugin-7.0.25-1.i386" so I did this in the console:
I DID AS ROOT:
[imdeemvp@localhost imdeemvp]$ su
Password:
[root@localhost imdeemvp]# rpm -ivh flash-plugin-7.0.25-1.i386.rpm
warning: flash-plugin-7.0.25-1.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 8df56d05
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:flash-plugin ########################################### [100%]
Registering flashplayer as a XPCOM component in
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.6
Setup is complete.
[root@localhost imdeemvp]#
this is how i was able to install the flashplayer I hope this helps! and here is the DOWNLOAD. (http://sluglug.ucsc.edu/macromedia/site_ucsc.html).
