That may sound stupid, but i changed a week ago to FC2 and my internet connection is getting slower and slower and i have DSL. So What can i do? It takes 30 seconds to load this page!

Hey,

Can you check is IPv6 is enabled?
[run as root] lsmod | grep ipv6

If you do get something back, run this command and reboot the box.
echo "alias net-pf-10 off" >> /etc/modprobe.conf

well i get somthing back but if i try to do the next xommen i get "Oermission denied"back

Who can i get acces to /etc/mobprobe.conf?
Even under root i get (Permission denied)

You should be access /etc/modprobe.conf not /etc/mobprobe.conf.
