Netsh command in Linux or simmilar

Hello. I am constantly switching between wireless static and dynamic networks and I was wondering if there is something like netsh command for Linux to make the process faster and easier. Or, if it is possible, how should I write 2 scripts, for example static.sh and dynamic.sh, please? Thank you.
