Firewall problems

Hi guys and girls. I am new at linux, but i have managed to get it all going and i am slowly setting everything up nicely.
One problem i have though, is that the firewall will not allow the programs i am setting up to run because it blocks the incomming ports. I ssh'ed into my box from my main PC and logged in 'setup' and went to firewall.
It has some options so i clicked customize and that was ok. The only problem is, i cant figure out how to specify more ports.

I want to allow port 5555 for example, how do i do that?

I would recommend checking into firestarter. If you have your repositories configured, you can install it via yum with
yum install firestarter
It's very easy to work with, and if you have it open, it will tell you what it's blocking so you can decide to open it or not.
