WPC54G and fc3

I just installed fc3 on my sony vaio laptop and i tried setting up the internet with my wireless card and it wont detect it, but when it boots up it detects something in the PCMCIA slot. I tried using ndiswrapper with the windows drivers for the wireless card, but i dont think i did something right cause nothing happened. Any help would be appriciated.

Whats the name of your card? or how does M$ lists the device under the device manager? This may help too. (http://www.wasab.dk/morten/blog/archives/2004/06/25/linksys-wpc54g-and-redhat-linux)
