Can't login to ADS after Win 2003 SP1 update??

I install the SP1 update to Windows 2003 Server and now my Fedora boxes are unable to login as a domain user. I had joined the domain and logged in fine up until I install the SP1. SP1 put a new Security Management app and model in place on the server. I check about which type of OS's to allow and Linux isn't listed. I tried turning off this setting, but still didn't work. I also tried rejoining the domain, which said it was already a member and rejoined, but still no login. Anyone have a idea?

Seems like there is an issue with Samba (<=3.0.13) and Windows 2003 Service Pack 1.
The problem is related to the winbind daemon.
