Ha all, Yesterday I did a post and guess it had not posted. Any how, I'm new to this forum and Fedora (love it!!!!). I installed FC 3 onto my HP pavilon ze4800 notebook and only have two issues. First, the internal wireless nic does not work with FC 3. So, I purchased a new wireless nic card "Netgear 108 Mbs Wireless PC Card 32-bit CardBus WG511T" from ComUSA and have no luck. My question is, what is good fast Cardbus to buy that will work with FC 3 or even 4 when it comes out? What I would like to see is a Wireless CardBus that will just work after FC has loaded up.

Second question, When I do a shut down FC will only go half way and I have to force the system to completely shut down. I have no problems rebooting (restart) but only when I choose to do a shut down. Everything else works except the two issues mention above.

Thanks,

Louis

I have a HP Pavilion ze4805 and am able to use the internal wireless nic by using the windows XP drivers and the ndiswrapper driver loader. Check out ndiswrapper at sourceforge.
