running programs from one pc in the other HowdoIdo

I have got two PCs running FC3 linked with a LAN and want to run in
PC1 a program which is located in PC 2.
How do I do with FC3?

with vncviewer? But how does it work?

vncserver will be running a desktop on pc2 and then you would log in to the vncserver using vncviewer so it would be like your sat on pc2 except your on pc1. Its basically a remote desktop program, just you set up like virtual desktops, rather than take over whats actually on pc2's monitor.

its bit of a cheat really because it wouldnt be running on pc1, it would still be running on pc2 just your accessing the controls from pc1

to start vncserver just type vncserver and it will start it up then you need vncviewer on pc1 (yum install vnc if you dont already have it) then tell it to connect to ipaddress:screen which would be something like 192.168.0.5:1
