I read here and other places for the past two days. I have disabled ipv6, resolv.conf is fine, I can nslookup from my three name servers (the other two have no lag problems when resolving names, this box is a fresh installation of FC4). When I go to ping an adress it takes at least 5-6 seconds to respond. I am running named on this box also, I put just this server's dns in resolve by itself and it's still laggy.
Any ideas?
