I was able to install the driver loader and the windows drivers. Linux identifies the card. Now I get a couple of error messages when I try to activate the driverloader. One is: "unrecognized request MB/s..." Any one have ideas? I suspect that I have something wrong in my wireless device configuration. I am using a Microsoft base station with 128 bit WEP.
Thanks

Are you able to see the access points using:
iwlist scan
If you are and the problem is that you can not establish a connection try edting the ifcfg file for your wireless card and remove the CHANNEL line. This has worked for serveral other cards and people.

You will find that file under /etc/sysconfig/networking/devices. You should find a ifcfg-* file that corresponds to your wireless interface.
