CD rom Eject on iBOOK g3?

I have a 800 MHz iBook g3, with the tray load not the slot load like on the g4, which won't eject the cd-rom. Any suggestions.

You need to unmount the disk before you can eject it.

Try the 'umount' and 'eject' commands.
