Speedtouch 330 DSL Modem?

ok, heres the deal, i installed fedora, core 4 lastnight, default installation from a dvd, its a single boot system, as windows is on the OTHER hard drive, however, when i logged into my new fedora installation, and went to setup my internet configuration...it sed there was no modem found, however, in the hardware browser, it says it, in black and white "speedtouch 330" any idea how i would go about getting my modem working with fedora so i can get online properly?

please help, as i have many years of programming experience under my belt, im just not great with hardware issues, i intend to develop custom software for linux operating systems, to aid programmers.

ello .... i have the same DSL modem and it works a treat with FC4. i followed the info from this link ... http://www.linux-usb.org/SpeedTouch/fedora and it work first time
