Can See Share - will now open - NO Permissions

I have Samba all setup and running, I created a unix user account called cwelber, then a Samba user linked to it with the same name. I can connect and see the share I created in the samba manager app, when I try to open it the system says I have no permissions. I made the user cwelber part of the adm group too?

Any ideas?
