NIC not working w/ nForce4 in FC4 2.6.14

I am new to linux and am updating from FC4 2.6.11 to 2.6.14. I have an ASUS K8N4-E Deluxe which uses the nForce4 CK804 chipset and it seems that the forcedeth driver is not working with the new kernel. The NIC works fine using the older kernel.

Has anyone seen this or have their NIC working using the nForce4?

It must be working without any problem using new Kernel...Did you try to find out any nForce driver for Linux instead?

Why do you say that it must be working with the new kernel?

I have looked on the nVidia site for a driver by they do not have one that supports the 2.6.14 kernel. I have asked them when one will be (or if it is) available and have not gotten a reply yet.
