connecting to windows server from linux client using VPN(Virtual Private Network)

My ISP provider uses Windows server and provides internet through VPN.
Can any body tell me how can i connect to Windows server from linux(fedora core 1) client by using VPN.Is there any software which gives password, username(authentication) facility to login from linux through VPN so that i can surf the net.
Also Is there any GUI vpn dialer which i can download for free.

webmin has a vpn section to it http://www.webmin.com you might want to have a look at it but have never used that module for webmin although the rest of webmin which i have used works very well
