in Kwifimanager I am able to view my network but I can't connect to it. wlg-1100 is my card I'm running Fedora Core 4 and using ndiswrapper. I'm really not sure what to do because it sees the card and can view the wireless networks when I scan for them and I don't know how to connect to them. Any help would be appreciated. This is probably a stupid question but I would definetly be grateful for some help.

I am in the same boat. I have been working for days to get this far, now it's like I can actually see the internet, but I can't get that last few steps. Anyone, please, I'm dying here. The network configuration shows the card, but cannot activate since it can't get ip information. kwifimanager has no problem using the card, when I scan I can see all the neighborhood networks, but cannot connect. It says it's in ad-hoc mode, for whatever reason; access point says no access point; local ip says unavailable; frequency channel says 2.412[1].
