can't find wireshark after install

hello guys,

as root i did 'yum install wireshark' and yum downloaded and installed it.
After that i called wireshark on the command line, but it could not be found.

What's going wrong ?

You tried to run wireshark as root?
I believe you must be root to use wireshark.

yes, i tried to run wireshark as root. The binary doesn't seem to be installed, although some wireshark files where installed.

Try installing wireshark-gnome package also.

rpm -ql wireshark-gnome
/usr/bin/wireshark
/usr/sbin/wireshark
/usr/share/applications/fedora-wireshark.desktop
/usr/share/man/man1/wireshark.1.gz
/usr/share/pixmaps/wireshark.png
