Weird language in certain programs, not everyone!

Hi, something weird has happened. And i dont know how to fix it. Some of my programs decided to change the language to some akryliclike russian something language. I hav no idea how to fix this. Couldnt find a solution for it.

SOLVED! some errors with my fonts, after changing to default.

Something has set the font to what looks like the "symbol" font.

so i changed to the default font and it worked, until next restard when a lot of programs changed to yet another language. And the programs whas the ones that didnt change the first time. Now i couldn find english language at all, and im now using swedish for the moment. I dont know whats going on with my language.

First time it was enough just with changing the font back to default. Now i seem to lost english as system language.

Im confused.
