Intel hardware Raid tools?

I have a Raid 1 hardware setup on a Intel chipset (the bios says it is a "Matrix Storage Manager"). But, the raid status went from "normal" to "verify". Does anyone know what to do in this case? I ran badblocks on both of the drives as well as smartctl, but they're fine. I also tried dmraid -ay, but no luck. This there any command line tools I can use to rebuild the array?
