pptp network to network link

guys can this be done:

PPTPServer--->PPTPClient--->ClientLAN

Where the PPTPServer can reach the LAN behind the client, not just the client?

I've got it working so both server and client are unix and have port forward enable and pptp connects, but server cant speak to client LAN, is there a setting to allow this to happen?
