Oh no something has gone wrong!

I am facing a problem when I boot fedora.
It shows a message "Oh no, something has gone wrong. A problem has occurred and the system can't recover. Please log out and try again".
I can't use the gnome shell or anything else.
So i used the tty mode(ctrl+alt+f2) and i saw in the /var/log/messages messages such as:-
WARNING: Application 'gnome-shell.desktop' killed by signal
WARNING: Application 'gnome-shell.desktop' respawning too quickly.




So if anybody knows how to help it out let me know
