Exclamation Raid 5 Slow Boot w/ Errors -> Bad Drive?

I get a bunch of errors at startup. I unmounted the raid and did a fsck.jfs and it came back clean. Im wondering, however, whats causing these errors to remain on boot? I have 5 400G hard drives that are used for my mythtv setup I have. They are dedicated to holding media content only. I see when I run a SMART read that it says its 'FAILING_NOW' on Temperature_Celsius. Are my drives running to hot?
