DVD Installs Fail - Live CD Installs Complete OK

I have a new box with the following hardware:

Biostar MCP6P-M2 Socket AM2 Motherboard
AMD LE1100 Sempron CPU
1 GB PC4200 DDR2 RAM
160 gig SATA HD
Onboard Nvidia GEFORCE 6150-430 Video
Memorex 18X DVD Burner

I can successful install Fedora 8-32 or Fedora 9-64 to the HD via live CD. However, any attempted CD or DVD install of Fedora full install Final 32 bit or 64 bit fail. I get to where anaconda takes over and it appears to be chocking on the video and aborts the install.. I cannot even do a text install..My guess is that it's a problem with the nvidia video.

Any particular reason why I can successfully install via live cd but not via the full installation cd's or dvd's? Anything I can do to make a successful full install via cd or dvd?
