Arrow Linux PhpMyAdmin unable to import

I have fedora - 2.26 version . Problem is that I m unable to import any of .sql or other file in PhpMyAdmin , even file size is 1/2 kb . The error is showing ..............
" Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. "

In command mode , its able to import . But through PhpMyAdmin 'import' is not working . No firewall or Selinux is there .

I have found same type problem is happened with other persons also . The link I have found ....but the exect solution is not there .

I found a little possibility . PhpMyAdmin is not able to understand the all character like ' --------- ' . Can anybody help me out of this import related problem .
