Make, make all, make bzImage

A kernel can be build with rpmbuild, but also via the classical way, via make . . .

What is the difference in using
make
make all
make bzImage

?

Why using one or another command ?

If you want to see what rpmbuild does "behind the scenes"

type and enter

rpmbuild --showrc

and based upon the contents of the spec file it will show you what gets executed etc.

i.e.
./configure
make
make install

etc.

OK for rpmbuild info

But the essential of my question was :

what is the difference between doing :

make
make all
make bzImage

?

This is view from the point of : "building a kernel"

What is the difference in result between these commands ?

"make" and "make all" essentially does the same thing, i.e builds the modules and the kernel, OTOH "make bzImage" only builds the kernel image, and not the modules.

Running "make help" in the kernel source tree will give you explanation on each of the options.
