Unhappy gnome window list crushes after launching specific applications

Hello Fedora experts,

I am using Fedora 12 with gnome and I observe the following behaviour:
when I launch skype, lyx or KDE programs with a window (e.g. kile, kcalc, kpresenter etc) the window list crushes and I see the notification:
"Window List" has quit unexpectedly
and when I try to reload it, again crushes. When I close the application, then I can only reload the window list successfully.

Has anyone observe this before? Is there any solution?

Thank you very much.
