selinux-policy-targeted.noarch

On my system I have not installed selinux, but in the yum list installed I see selinux-policy-targeted.noarch.
I noticed this because it was updated in one of the last yum updates.

What for is selinux-policy-targeted.noarch used and can I remove it without problems?

Jan.
