Installing softwares from setup.exe files

I am a new user of FEDORA, would like to know how I can install software such as Canon Camera Software, Microsoft Encarta etc provided on CDs and DVDs into Fedora.

Fedora is a Linux distribution and Linux is not Windows. Any "setup.exe" file is software for Windows that won't run in Fedora or in any other Linux distro.
