Talking Postfix /etc/alias behaving strangely

Hi,

I have a Fedora Core 5 server with Postfix on.
Every now and then two of the line entries duplicate itself and when this happens, it
changes the one entries spelling which means it doesn't work.

Did copy the data from the file and created a new one, but still same issue, happens
about every 3-4 weeks.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks
Jan
